When I switch on my Dell D600, 4 times out of 5 it wont find the onboard
lan controller, sometimes the bios says it is switched off, and sometimes it
is switched on. Any suggestions how I can overcome this and get it to always
to see the onboard lan?

I have bios version 16and am running Windows XP Pro. I have tried
reinstalling both the bios and Windows.
