Hi
one of my staff has a laptop, but its locked with password, it asks to
enter the password during the BIOS startup, we dont know the password,
is there any way we can unlock it?

Not without a lot of hardware reconstruction.

If its a Toshiba then a Toshiba dealer will be able to unlock it (dont
know how they do it) with proof of purchase...

Thinkpads are easy to remove power on user passwords (POP) by either
shorting some contacts or removing the CMOS battery.

Supervisor passwords (SP) are not removable short of reading them from the
EEPROM on the MB.
