Has any one got recommendations for decent laptop docking stations and where
they may be available?

I always thought that that depended on your make of laptop, and that docking
stations were make-dependent.....

Most are, but there are some generic types out there too. Here is one:

Wow that is a good deal! I cant even find an USB to serial cable that
cheap. I think I will order one of them. :)
