Anyone know where I can get the fish screensaver that you normally see on
all laptops in showrooms?

Thanks

Do NOT use a screensaver on a laptop!

Simply set the display to turn off after a set period of inactivity if you
want to extend its life.

Screensavers have been unnecessary for years even on desktop PCs. They are
fairly harmless and are often used as a source of entertainment or way of
displaying information. As far as Im aware running one on a laptop wont
have muxh effect on it, other than drain the battery a bit quicker.

Screensavers will be remembered as vanity-driven million pixels of fame to
folks at the shared office. Screensavers devour electricity, erode the
hardware and deflate battery life. All KDE/GNOME-based Linux distributions
come pre-packaged with an aquarium-like screensaver (often more than just
one), among several hundreds.

With kind regards,

Roy

And use up the finite life of your laptops backlight!

Besides the fact that they are ALWAYS running in the background.
