All Dells have a unique identifier, an asset tag. If you contact the
seller and ask him for the asset tag you will be able to go to Dells
site, tap in the asset tag and find out more about that particular
machine.

You have to be careful with the options selection page. One thing to
look out for is that the machines are usually listed with the three year
on site warranty selected. If you de-select this option and go for the
standard one year warranty then it can drop the price by up to Ł200.

They sell warranty returns, cancelled orders and suchlike there. Ive
bought a laptop from there and it was indistinguishable from new. You
used to be able to pick up a real bargain from the UK Outlet shop but
these days the stuff doesnt seem any cheaper than their new stuff.
