LAPTOP FORUM

I have an conventional CD R/W drive which is currently installed in
one of the drive bays of my desktop. But it hasnt worked since I
installed Win2K for some reason.
Now I have a laptop on which Ive installed Win98 (whch is compatible
with this drive.) So how do I go about interfacing one to the other
and getting my full read/write functionality back again?

USB2/firewire enclosure, Ł25 from SVP. Thats if your laptop has USB 1/2 or
firewire. Or buy a cardbus card with USB2/firewire as well.

Not too sure of Win98 compatibility with USB2/Firewire though..
