Hi

Can anyone recommend a good UK supplier of laptop drives?

The drive in my friends thinkpad 1400 (2621-46A) is failing so Im looking
for a compatible
replacement.

Ive tried a few dealers and searched on the net but I cant get a clear YES
about compatibilty.

The drive doesnt need to a large capacity. The current drive is 4.8Gb and
theres tons of unused space on it. My friend is hardly a power user and is
unlikely to ever use anywhere near the full drive capacity.

So low cost is more of a priority. A new one would be ideal although a used
or refurbished drive would be considered if theres a warranty.

Hope someone can help.
